Fake Social Media Templates
Thanks to Sarah Shartzer's presentation at Tech Teach Learn, I now have all the fake social media templates I could want! Mr. Akan's Online has a collection of downloadable templates that can be used (this includes the previously mentioned amazing Shakespearean Twitter page). Check out his site for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram templates that allow students to present their understanding in these highly-used social medeia formats.

Fake Twitter Page
I was introduced to this piece of amazingly creative teaching at the Tech Teach Learn conference at KCD as well. In a great resource about Pseudo Social Media with a presentation by Sarah Shartzer, the fake Twitter page was one of many resources shared. Townesy77 uploaded this editable powerpoint to her blog "Choose Awesome," and I am very grateful! It's amazing and totally available for everyone to use, edit, and share! Thanks Townesy and Tech Teach Learn!

Social Media All About Me Templates
I found an awesome getting to know you activity on Ms. M's blog. (Highly recommend!) It asks students to write about themselves and their experiences using social media templates like Facebook and Instagram. Very creative! The templates are available on the blog or here.
