I was thinking that during these long weeks before Spring Break, we all might need some extra appreciation. Last year for Teacher Appreciation Week (which was also our state testing week, ahhh!) I created a cute appreciation gift for my middle school teacher team. I googled a bunch of ideas and put them together into a reusable water cup from the Target dollar section. All put together, it looked like this:
Inside: stress-relief tea, Extra gum, pen, hand sanitizer, and a poem.
To a Tea-riffic Teacher (A Sort-of Sonnet)
You're a tea-riffic teacher
You're hands down the best
You're always on point
Above all the rest
You're a tea-riffic teacher
I want you to know
You've worked extra hard
And I'm sure it will show
Happy Testing Week!
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
